Hi Suz, Not sure if you are speaking from first hand knowledge because you are a member and you have been scammed or if you are just assuming this is a scam. No, they don't take your cash and laugh all the way to the bank. They take a membership fee up front, a lifetime one for under $3,000 and then you get to travel for huge discounts to timeshare properties all over the world, as many times a year as you want, for as low as $299 for the week for family, not per person. Maybe that's a scam to you, but I use the membership and have friends and acquaintenances who use the membership and they love it compared to putting down $10,000 to $40,000 to buy a timeshare that they can only use once or twice a year and have to pay maintenance fees on. Perhaps you have the wrong company name as the correct one is Global Resorts Network and they are definitely not a scam.
VIP membership is a rip off. You can find better deals on line.
Are you speaking from experience Kris? Suz says GRN is a scam but hasn't responded as to whether or not she has personal experience with GRN. What proof does she have? You are saying a VIP membership is a rip off, but you have not proven why. You are welcome to go into more detail so the readers know exactly why VIP memberships are a rip off. Suz is welcome to explain further why GRN is a scam. I'm sure the readers would like to know why. I know I'm curious as well since I have first hand experience with both and know personally that a VIP membership is not a rip off and know that GRN is not a scam.

Paddy, You are entitled to your opinion. . . VIP what is absolute rubbish? What are you referring to and if you are referring to Palace Reorts and / or Global resorts network, do you have a membership either to Palace Resorts as a VIP or to Global Resorts Network to be able to make a comment like that? A new member just traveled to Chicago and stayed at a 5 star hotel where the normal daily cost is $1000 per day. She paid under $300 per day over three weekend days. Another member recently traveled to Cancun Mexico and paid $588 for the whole week at a 5 star resort. Both were very satisfied with the entire trips and process. Most people have positive experiences. Just take a look on tripadvisor.com and you will see that no matter how many 5 star ratings there are for places people have stayed, there are always one or two who are not satisfied. That's just the way it goes. Not everyone has a bad experience. If you do your research up front and know what you are purchasing then you will have no room to complain. If you don't have actual first hand experience, then how can you really comment? If you do have first hand experience, then please explain your comment to the readers so they can decide for themselves. Like I said above, you are entitled to your opinion if your opinion is based on fact.

If I am a guest of someone do I have to give that person any credit card information? If I don't know them I don't want to give out anythoing personal. Also, what is the benefit for the member? Why would they allow people they do not know to go as their guest???
Hi Cathy. Thank you for your comment. I'm not sure which membership you are referring to. Regardless though, you give credit card information to the company booking your trip, not to the member and in order to get a guest certificate through GRN, you need to know a member personally to book a guest week. That member, in turn, can tell you what guest weeks are available and you can pay for the week with your own credit card directly to the travel agency portion of GRN. If you are
trying to book with a VIP member of palace resorts, then you would follow the booking directions given to you by the VIP member. If you go to the link for dreamcancunresorts you can watch the video that clearly explains how the GRN program works. Hope this helped.

Why would you put a company like Golbal Travel Agency on your site. They are a scam and all they do is take your cash and laugh all the wat to the bank. If you are for real take them off and stop promoting.
