In my 25 yrs + experience as a headhunter, I have reviewed many of these services. I like this one from both an employer standpoint and one who is seeking a new position. This company has allowed me to received very on-target resumes.
I am only speaking for this company as I have personally used them. I have used others but have not been nearly as impressed by the results. The people I have recommended the company to like it because it is a targeted resume service. It's much better than taking a chance of being one of only 4% of people who get hired through Monster or Career Builder.
Target marketing is the only way to submit a resume and this company helps you do it. You make the choices from the categories they give you. They don't just blast your resume. Besides, if they were such a scam, it's highly unlikely that they would let you try it for free and then offer a money back guarantee. There is no risk here.
Just curious Reynolds. . . do you have any actual experience with any of these companies or are you just speculating? Any others out there who have used resume services, Monster or Career builder with any success?

Interesting topic... I've wondered if any of these services actually drove results.. Seems more like resume spam, than qualified applies.
