3 Ways to Bring More Traffic to Your Web Site Using Hub Pages

There are many ways to make your hub pages a powerful traffic magnet, but here are the best three ways to get traffic quickly.

We all want more traffic to our web sites and blogs. After all, that's why we are writing. We want people to read our blogs, our web sites and our hubs and share in our interests.

There are many ways to drive or bring more traffic to your web sites and hub pages.

1.  One of the fastest ways is to purchase Google Adwords, but if you don't know what you are doing, you could be losing so much money. Before even trying it, you need to get a course and study how to use Adwords the right way.

Internet marketers have lost thousands of dollars because they have put in the wrong keywords, or bid on keywords that made no sense. You need to assess the amount of competition in your niche and find out what the top listing is paying per click.  Set your daily budget low to start with just to test.  Try for $10 but make sure you can afford it.  Keep checking daily to see how it's going because $10 x 30 days = $300 and you may not be able to pay that at the end of the month.  If the amount you set is too low though, you may not even end up on the first page of google with your keywords because they might be too competitive.

2.  Another way is to advertise your product in ezine articles. This also will help you bring more traffic to your site.  All you do is some initial research on the internet and find an ezine (on online newsletter) that matches your niche market, write to the ezine and find out how much it would cost to place an ad. If you go on Google you can also type in Ezines and the name of your market niche, ie. travel ezines and you will get a list of ezines who specialize in your market. There are also people who sell lists of ezine publishers and you can find those by researching on Google.

3.  One of the very best ways to bring more traffic to your web site is to target market your niche using the proper keywords. My success personally has been through keyword research. I find a niche and I use logic first. I think, if I was looking for this item, what keyword or keyword phrase would I type in? Then I type in the phrase and see how many search results I get in Google. If the number is too high, then I know I need longer tail keywords to compete. If it is too low and there are no Google ads then I know it most likely will not be very profitable. It's always worth testing though, even if the number is low.

Others have written on the topic of bringing traffic to your websites and hub pages.  In my research, I came across an ebook that talked about a secret weapon that brings tons of traffic to your website. The website he was referring to is hubpages. It made for great reading and provided numerous tips and pieces of advice that I hadn't thought about. This is a great book to read, especially if you are a beginner starting out on hub pages. You can even take what is said and apply it to other websites and blogs.

The publisher has been testing ways to get traffic to his hub pages and basically wants to share that information. His research allows you to benefit from the results. For example, one of the things many hubbers do not know is that adding tags to the end of their hubs is very important. This is where I use my keywords and keyword phrases. Many of my hubs have appeared on the second through fourth pages of Google using this method.

Take a look at some of the hubs that already have been published. You know to look for at least four keywords or keyword phrases for every 100 words, or at least five keywords for every 500 word article. Make sure the keyword phrase is in your title. Do some testing and watch the progress of your rankings on Google. You should see some good results.

The bottom line is, you will want to promote your hub and by following some of the advice above, you will get your hub seen much more quickly and will bring more traffic to your web site.
